SECTION 125 (CAFETERIA PLAN)
EXPERIENCE
The executives and senior staff at Group Administrators have
had over twenty years (20) experience in the design,
implementation and administration of 'Cafeteria-Style'
plans, and fifteen years (15) experience in the design,
implementation and administration of flexible benefit plans.
In addition, the executives are actively involved in a
number of professional organizations that specialize in the
employee benefits field, one particular organization, ecfc -
Employers Council on Flexible Compensation is dedicated to
informing and educating participating members on all aspects
of news and legislation that may affect employer sponsored
Section 125 Plans. Group currently handles FSA
administration for clients throughout the United States. In
addition, some of these clients have employees overseas that
also participate in the FSA Plan. All clients receive
quarterly statistical reports keeping them informed of their
plan experience. FSA participants receive an EOP
(Explanation of Payment) with each reimbursement that
summarizes their current status and activity. All
participants can receive status statements that help keep
them informed of their account activity and balances at
whatever intervals the client desires (usually quarterly).
